SKF EP1000-5A Dynamic Motor Link Installation Kit

The SKF EP1000-5A Dynamic Motor Link Installation Kit is the field-ready package that enables the SKF EP1000 Dynamic Motor Link interface to connect SKF EXP4000 Dynamic Motor Analyzers to motors located outside a motor control cabinet. This installation kit supports SKF’s online motor monitoring workflow, letting maintenance teams wire the EP1000 harness into existing electrical enclosures without relocating the analyzer. The EP1000 interface employs a 4-pin Wago terminal block for power and signal inputs (three voltages up to 1,000 V and a ground reference) and a 6-pin Phoenix Contact terminal block for three bidirectional current transformers feeding a ±5 V AC signal to the analyzer. A DB25 signal bus connector completes the interface, enabling reliable data and control signaling between components. Designed for robust industrial environments, the kit accommodates the high-voltage and high-safety requirements typical of motor monitoring installations and is compatible with SKF’s broader condition-monitoring offerings.
