SKF CMSS 2200-M8 Accelerometer

The SKF CMSS 2200-M8 is a compact, side-exit industrial accelerometer designed for general-purpose vibration monitoring in machines where space is limited. It features 100 mV/g sensitivity and an 80 g peak acceleration range, with a frequency response of about 1.0–5,000 Hz (±10%) and 0.7–10,000 Hz (±3 dB), a mounted resonance around 22 kHz, and a temperature range of -50 to +120 °C; it operates from 18–30 V DC with a 12 V bias, draws 2–10 mA, and presents an output impedance under 100 Ω. The CMSS 2200-M8 uses an M8 × 1.25 mounting thread, a MIL-C-5015 two-pin connector, and includes captive mounting bolts; it is corrosion-resistant and hermetically sealed for high-humidity environments, offers reverse polarity protection, and is CE/EMC-compliant for use with SKF on-line systems, protection systems, and portable data collection instruments.
