The Simco-Ion R50-8000V Shockless Neutralizing Bar is a high-efficiency static bar designed for web lines traveling up to 2,500 fpm, delivering a safe, shockless 7 kV AC neutralization across a moving substrate. It features a.63" x 1.25" bar profile and an adjustable length range from 8.7" to 156.9" (220 mm to 3,985 mm), with mounting via the included nylon bolts and metal brackets and a full-length channel for precise positioning. The bar uses current-limited, resistively coupled emitter pins with an embedded ground reference to maintain consistent performance and reduce stray ionization, and it provides a shielded 7' (2.1 m) HV lead (longer options available).
