It generates a controlled spark across a sheet, detects the spark, and converts the result into a pulse signal for perforation counting, enabling accurate in‑line inspection in processes such as in‑mould labeling. The unit is powered from 24 V DC (no high‑voltage cable required), draws less than 0.5 A, and features an ABS/PTFE housing with IP54 protection for industrial environments, from 0 to 55°C.
