Simco-Ion DC-550 Neutro-VAC Web Cleaning System is a compact, high-efficiency web cleaning solution that combines active static elimination, aggressive particle agitation, and vacuum debris removal to clean webs, sheets, and parts before downstream processes. Powered by 1 HP, 3-phase, 460 V, it integrates a stainless-steel vacuum hood, an intelligent static bar, a brush and air bar, and a high-exhaust head to agitate the web and evacuate surface particulates. It can be configured to an existing vacuum system or to a Simco-Ion dust collector, and features a patent-pending flow damper and butterfly valve for enhanced airflow control, with an optional HEPA after-filter. Designed for space efficiency and straightforward installation, the Neutro-Vac hood supports a wide range of web materials and widths, connecting to your vacuum line via a 3 ft flexible hose.
