Silvent 920ANPT Air Nozzle Tip

The Silvent 920ANPT Air Nozzle Tip is a zinc flat-nozzle insert that delivers a broad, efficient air pattern to replace an open pipe, making drying, cleaning, cooling, or conveying tasks faster and quieter. It uses a 1/4" NPT male connection to attach to standard compressed-air lines and features Silvent's slot nozzle technology for a controlled, focused jet. Weighing about 120 g, the nozzle is rated for a maximum temperature of 70°C and a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa, and it provides a blowing force of 5.5 N with an air consumption of approximately 30 Nm³/h, producing about 81 dB(A) of sound. The design replaces an open pipe with a 6 mm bore and includes fins protecting the exhaust ports, making it suitable for fixed installations where a compact, high-efficiency air jet is required.
