Sigmatek SDD120-23 Industrial Variable Frequency Drive

Sigmatek SDD120-23 is the DIAS Drive 120 single-axis servo/variable frequency drive that uses the VARAN real-time bus to integrate a motor axis with SIGMATEK control systems. It accepts 3-phase 230–480 V AC (50/60 Hz, 45–65 Hz nominal; -10% tolerance) and delivers 14 kVA in S1 operation, with 20 A RMS continuous current and 40 A RMS peak on axis 1. Electricals include a 290–680 V DC-link, 700 µF intermediate circuit, 25 Ω internal regen resistor (25 Ω external regen resistor) and 200 W internal regen power, plus a +24 V auxiliary supply (22–30 V DC, 25 W) and 2 A holding brake current per axis. Safety and control features include STO Safe Torque Off, SS1 Safe Stop 1, feedback options (Resolver, EnDat, Hiperface, Sin/Cos), a built-in class A power filter, and a compact enclosure (158 × 378 × 240 mm; about 10 kg) suitable for industrial automation and motion control tasks with fast, deterministic communications.
