Sigmatek CIO 011 (C-DIAS Multi I/O Module), part number 12-080-011, extends a S-DIAS controller with eight digital inputs (+24 V, 5 mA, 5 ms) and eight digital outputs (+24 V, 2 A, short-circuit protected, 400 μs). It also provides two analog inputs (0–10 V, 12-bit) with a 100 ms window up to version 3.1 and a 10 ms window from version 3.1 onward, plus one analog output (±10 V, 12-bit, 50 μs). Input lines 1–2 can function as counters (up to 25 kHz) and Input 3 can be configured as an interrupt input. Power is +24 V DC (18–30 V) with a +5 V C-DIAS bus supply; typical current draw is 5 mA on the bus (max 20 mA) and about 50 mA on the +24 V supply (max 70 mA).
