The Sierra Instruments Side-Trak 830L-2-OV1-D-V4 Mass Flow Meter is a compact inline gas flow meter in a 316 stainless steel body designed for direct mass-flow measurement of almost all clean gases and their mixtures, including toxic and flammable gases, with Side-Trak installation for minimal piping disruption. Its measuring range spans from 0 to 9 Nml/min up to 0 to 460 Nl/min with an operating accuracy of ±1.0% of full scale. The instrument uses NIST-traceable primary calibration and carries CE certification.
