Siemens 6FC5111-0CA05-0AA0 Analog Output Module

Siemens 6FC5111-0CA05-0AA0 is the DMP Compact Module 1A Analog, an encapsulated plug-in analog output for SINUMERIK CNC controls, commonly used with 840C/840CE/840D systems. It provides a single analog output channel (Out+ and Out−) and mounts on the NCU terminal block via a 30-pin X1 connector, with the analog portion powered from 24 V DC through terminal block X3 and the outputs brought out on X2 (Out+ on pin 2, Out− on pin 3). Up to four such analog modules can be installed per terminal block, and a power-OK LED signals module status in operation. The analog output range is 0–10 V, and the conversion timing is up to 10 μs for the raw conversion; RC smoothing extends the effective update time to roughly 100 μs in older production (revision A) or around 330 μs in newer production (revision B).
