Siemens ED42B015N is a Sentron molded-case circuit breaker (ED frame) that provides 2-pole overcurrent protection for 480V systems, with a nominal operating voltage of 480V and a maximum rating of 600V. The 15A unit uses a thermal-magnetic trip mechanism with distinct long-time and instantaneous trip functions, guarding feeders and branch circuits from overloads and short circuits. It features bolt-on mounting with load-side lug terminals and is rated for 40°C ambient operation, delivering up to 18 kA interrupting capacity at 480V (18 kAIC).
