AS-BDEA-203 is Schneider Electric’s Modnet1/DP communication module for the TSX Compact family, marketed as a Profibus DP drop adapter that enables a TSX Compact PLC to interface with a Profibus DP network and connect remote I/O devices. The module is designed to plug into the TSX Compact backplane as a dedicated Profibus DP interface, providing the data path between the TSX unit and devices on the Profibus network.
