Siemens 6SL3120-2TE13-0AA0 Double Motor Drive

Siemens 6SL3120-2TE13-0AA0 Double Motor Module is a compact SINAMICS S120 drive that provides two synchronized servo axes in a single book-size module with internal air cooling. It accepts a DC link in the 510–750 V range (nominally 600 V) and delivers two 3-phase outputs at 400 V AC, rated 3 A per axis. Key electrical ratings include 2 × 3 A continuous output current, 2 × 6 A peak current, and a rated power of about 1.6 kW at 600 V with a 4 kHz switching frequency. The module features an approximately 110 μF DC link capacitance, efficiency around 0.97, and an operating ambient temperature up to 40 °C without derating (55 °C with derating). Designed for precise, two-axis motion control within the SINAMICS S120 family, it also supports extended Safety Integrated functions for safer automated operations.
