The Siemens 6ES7467-5GJ01-0AB0 IM 467 PROFIBUS-DP Master Interface enables an S7-400 PLC to communicate with PROFIBUS DP field devices using an RS-485 interface. It uses a 9-pin Sub-D female bus connector and, in a standard central rack, up to four IM 467 modules can be installed. The module supports transmission speeds from 9.6 kbit/s to 12 Mbit/s, can be operated without a fan, and configuration is possible via PROFIBUS DP while PROFIBUS parameters must not be changed.
