The Siemens SITOP UPS501S 6EP1935-5PG01 is a capacitor-based expansion module that adds 5 kWs of energy storage to the UPS500S family. It connects to UPS500S via a plug-in system and expands the standby capability for 2.5 kW or 5 kW UPS configurations. The module uses capacitors for energy storage, provides 5 kWs of capacity, and is IP20 rated with a compact 0.7 kg form factor. It’s CE-marked and UL/cUL listed (UL 508, CSA C22.2 No. 107.1) with EAC approvals, and reports an MTBF of 350,000 hours at 40°C.
