Siemens 6SL3040-1MA00-0AA0 SINAMICS Control Unit CU320-2 DP with PROFIBUS interface (no CompactFlash card) is the central control unit for SINAMICS S120 drive systems, coordinating drive commands and network communication over PROFIBUS DP. It arrives without a CompactFlash card, meaning firmware or project data storage must be provided separately if required. The electronics power supply is specified as 24 V DC, with a nominal current draw of up to 1.0 A (range 20.4–28.8 V) and a power loss of up to about 24 W. Drive connection and diagnostics are supported by DRIVE-CLiQ, with a maximum cable length of 100 m, and protective grounding via an M5 screw on the housing.
