Siemens 5SD450 SILIZED fuse link, 35 A at 500 V, is a quick-acting DIAZED fuse element designed for semiconductor protection in industrial power electronics. Sized for DIAZED DIII (E33) installations, it accepts screw adapters or adapter sleeves and is suitable for mounting in fuse holders that support the DIII/DIAZED format. It is rated for 500 V (AC/DC) and offers a high short‑circuit withstand capacity of up to 50 kA at AC and 8 kA at DC, with a hot-state power loss of about 14.8 W and a net weight of 51 g. The fuse link is intended for any mounting position (preferably vertical) with IP20 protection when conductors are connected, and operates within a -5 °C to 40 °C ambient range.
