Siemens 3TK2830-2CB30 Relay

Siemens 3TK2830-2CB30 is a SIRIUS expansion unit for safety relays with relay-release circuits (EC), designed to add four normally open contacts to a safety circuit and housed in a 22.5 mm-wide module that uses spring-loaded terminals. It operates on 24 V AC/DC and provides four instantaneous NO outputs (EC instantaneous: 4 NO) with no delayed outputs (EC DELAYED: 0) and includes one MK retract contact (MK for retraction: 1); expansion units can be added to scale safety monitoring. The enclosure is IP40, with IP20 protection at the terminals, and insulation voltage rated at 300 V. It is rated for -25 to 60 C ambient operation (and -40 to 80 C storage), up to 2,000 m altitude, and 10–95% relative humidity, making it suitable for machine-guarding installations in control panels or on equipment. As part of the SIRIUS family, this device is intended to work with other 3TK28 components to implement safety circuits for guarding devices, emergency-stop logic, interlocks, and related safety applications in automation systems.
