Siemens 3TK2830-2CB30 Protection Relay Module

Siemens 3TK2830-2CB30 SIGUARD is an expansion unit for SIRIUS safety relays with relay release circuits (FK), delivering four instantaneous normally open contacts (FK instantaneous: 4 NO) and no delayed contacts (FK delayed: 0) in a compact 22.5 mm-wide module. It uses spring-loaded terminals (Cage Clamp) for quick, secure wiring and includes one expansion/feedback contact (MK: 1) to support modular safety configurations. Operated from 24 V AC/DC with an insulation voltage of 300 V and finger-safe protection, the enclosure is rated IP40 (terminals IP20) for use in demanding industrial environments, with operating temperatures from –25 to 60 C, storage from –40 to 80 C, humidity 10–95% RH, and up to 2,000 m altitude; it also withstands vibration (5–500 Hz, 0.075 mm) and shock (8 g, 10 ms) and complies with EMC standards EN 60947-5-1.
