Siemens 3RT1036-1BB40 Contactor

Siemens Sirius 3RT1036-1BB40 is a three-pole power contactor with a 24 V DC control coil (size S2) designed for AC-3 motor control, rated to 50 A at 400 V and capable of switching up to 22 kW motors at 400 V. It features three normally open main contacts and screw-terminal connections, with a 690 V insulation rating and a coil-to-main isolation of 400 V. The front of the unit is IP20 protected, it is rated for ambient temperatures from -25 to +60 C, and it offers a high mechanical life of up to 10,000,000 operating cycles. Typical applications include starting and stopping three-phase motors in industrial automation, machine tools, pumps, conveyors, and HVAC equipment where compact S2 form factor and reliable AC-3 switching are required.
