SIE Sensorik SV-45 30 15-P-O Sensor Amplifier

SV-45/30/15-P-O is a compact capacitive-sensor amplifier from SIE Sensorik (Balluff Sensorik) that converts capacitance changes into a usable output for automation systems, enabling reliable non-contact object presence and fill‑level detection in tight spaces. The 45×30×15 mm PC‑housing unit runs on 12–35 V DC, draws about 20 mA no-load, and can source up to 300 mA with a load voltage drop of approximately 0.8 V; it also supports insulation voltage up to 75 V DC. It employs a PNP output and provides two indicator LEDs: one shows the switching state and the other indicates the supply status, aiding quick diagnostics on the line. The amplifier is protected to IP67 and wired with a 2 m PUR cable (3×26 AWG) for rugged industrial use, making it suitable for harsh environments. Operating temperature ranges from –30 to +70 °C, broadening its applicability in temperature‑varying facilities.
