SICK WTB4S-3P3462V Safety Switch

SICK WTB4S-3P3462V is a background-suppression photoelectric sensor from the W4 family, housed in a compact stainless-steel V4A enclosure with a 4-pin M12 connector and rated for washdown environments. It operates on 10–30 V DC and provides a PNP output up to 100 mA, with a response time under 0.5 ms and a switching frequency of 1,000 Hz, making it suitable for high-speed sensing on conveyors or packaging lines. A 650 nm red PinPoint LED supports sensing ranges up to 500 mm, with background suppression for reliable detection against varying backgrounds. The unit carries IP66/67/68/69K protection, an ambient temperature range of −30 °C to +70 °C, and measures 15.25 × 49.2 × 22.2 mm with a 150 mm cable and a 60 g weight; the front screen is PMMA and the housing is stainless steel V4A (1.4404/316L).
