SICK VSPM-6F2113 Machine Vision Inspection Camera

The SICK VSPM-6F2113 Inspector is a compact 2D machine-vision camera built for high-speed inspection and precise positioning in automated lines. It uses a VGA-resolution 640 × 480 CMOS monochrome image sensor in a 1/3-inch optical format with an S-mount lens and can run up to 40 frames per second with manually adjustable focus. Its integrated white LED illumination covers a working distance from 50 to 200 mm and yields an illumination field of view ranging from 22 × 15 mm to 79 × 58 mm, with spectral response roughly 400–750 nm and a LED risk-group 1 safety rating. The device ships with a rich toolkit for vision tasks—Object Locator, Pixel Counter, Edge Pixel Counter, Pattern, Blob Finder, Polygon, Edge, Circle, Distance, Angle, Edge Counter and Find Maximum—and supports perspective and lens-distortion calibration for mm-scale measurements, robot-coordinate alignment, and an offline emulator for development.
