The SICK ICR620S-T11503 Professional is a compact image-based code reader that decodes all common 1D, 2D, and stacked codes, with OCR options depending on the code type, making it suitable for inline identification on moving or stationary parts. It features a WVGA 752 × 480 CMOS sensor with integrated illumination and a 7 mm focal-length lens, reading codes from about 40 mm up to 1,500 mm at up to 60 reads per second with a decoding resolution down to 0.1 mm. The device offers serial, USB, and Ethernet interfaces, runs on 10–30 V DC, and uses a 17-pin M12 connector, plus microSD storage for images and parameter backups; its industrial housing includes a swivel connector, a green feedback LED, and a red aiming laser (630–680 nm, Class 1), with integrated red (617 nm ±15 nm) and blue (470 nm ±15 nm) illumination to support reading Data Matrix, PDF417, and 1D codes.
