SICK HTB18L-B4A5BB Industrial Photoelectric Sensor

HTB18L-B4A5BB is a SICK H18 Sure Sense background-suppression photoelectric sensor in a compact rectangular housing designed for precise detection of small parts on industrial lines. It offers a 30 mm to 300 mm sensing range (30–300 mm), with performance that varies by target reflectivity (black, gray, white) due to the background-suppression principle. The device uses a visible red light source and is configured via a 4-pin M12 A-coded connector, supporting both NPN and PNP transistor outputs for easy integration into existing control architectures. An internal potentiometer provides adjustable setpoint and range within the stated 10–30 V DC supply, while typical current draw is around 100 mA.
