SICK FX3-MOC100000 Programmable Logic Controller Module

FX3-MOC100000 is a Motion Control module designed for SICK’s Flexi Soft safety controller family. It provides a dedicated 15-pin Micro-D Sub (male) connector interface to the Flexi Soft main module and accepts A/B incremental encoder signals for motion feedback. The module supports TTL and HTL signaling for incremental encoders, enabling reliable integration with common industrial encoder hardware within a Flexi Soft safety architecture. This FX3 module extends the Flexi Soft system with a compact motion interface that supports axis-based tasks alongside safety logic and relay outputs, making it suitable for automation applications such as conveyors, packaging lines, and automated guided vehicles where motion feedback must be coordinated with safety functions.
