SICK DOS-1204-G Field Wireable M12 Female Connector

The SICK DOS-1204-G is a field-wireable M12, 4-pin female connector in straight configuration (A-code) with screw-type terminals for in-field terminations. The rugged PA housing is finished in black and the locking nut is CuZn, designed for reliable mechanical and electrical connections in harsh industrial environments. Tightening torque is specified at 0.6 Nm to ensure a secure clamping force without over-tightening. This unshielded M12 receptacle accepts cables with a diameter of 4–6 mm and conductors up to 0.75 mm², making it suitable for power and data wiring in compact sensor and actuator applications. Electrical ratings include up to 250 V and 4 A, supporting typical M12 field-wireable configurations used in automation, robotics, and process control.
