SICK CLV650-6120 1042125 Fixed Mount Barcode Scanner

The SICK CLV650-6120 fixed-mount barcode scanner (1042125) is designed for industrial automation, reading codes from 125 mm to 1,570 mm away with a 0.25–1.0 mm code resolution and an aperture angle of up to 50°, making it suitable for tight manufacturing lines. It uses a 658 nm red laser with auto-focus optics and an oscillating mirror, offering fixed-position or oscillating scanning modes with an oscillation frequency adjustable from 0.5 Hz to 6.25 Hz and a deflection range of −20° to +20°. Connectivity is Ethernet and CAN, powered from 18 to 30 V DC through two M12 connectors on a swivel base (the swivel adds about 15 mm). The enclosure is IP65-rated for dusty or damp environments and the unit achieves a practical scanning rate of 600–1,000 scans per second.
