SICK CLV630-6000 RFID Scanner

The SICK CLV630-6000 fixed-mount barcode scanner (CLV63x series) reads 1D and 2D barcodes from 45 mm up to 659 mm away, enabling reliable long-range identification on production lines and in logistics applications. It uses a line-scanner design with an oscillating mirror and a 655 nm red laser light source, offering a field of view up to 50 degrees and a code resolution range of 0.35 mm to 1.0 mm. For integration, it provides industrial Ethernet interfaces (PROFINET and EtherCAT) and ships with a 0.9 m cable terminating in a 15-pin D-Sub HD male connector. The IP65-rated housing features a glass front, operates from 18–30 V DC, and supports a scanning frequency up to 400 Hz, making it suitable for fixed-position barcode reading on manufacturing lines, packaging systems, and warehouse conveyors.
