Part of SICK's C4000 Advanced safety light curtain family, the C40S-0303CA010 is the system sender in a two‑part setup (paired with the C40E-0303CB010 receiver) configured for a 0–19 m scanning range and 15 beams with a 30 mm resolution. It runs on 24 V DC, draws about 4.9 W, and delivers a rapid 10 ms response time to guard a 300 mm protective field height, with an IP65 enclosure and an operating range of 0 to +55 C. This safety light curtain is designed for normal industrial environments and is well suited to safeguarding robot cells, presses, conveyors, and other hazardous machinery where beam interruption reliably stops the controller to protect personnel.
