SICK AG UE410-MU3T5 Safety Controller Module System

The UE410-MU3T5 is the main safety controller module in SICK’s Flexi Classic family, delivering centralized safe control for Flexi Loop applications with four safety inputs and four safety outputs. It adds two test outputs and lets you configure a Q3/Q4 output delay from 0 to 5 seconds, with restart interlock (manual or automatic, configurable) and external device monitoring. The module operates from a 24 V DC supply and supports AND/OR logic, muting (0/2 muting sensors), and differentiation between man and material to support setup of safety interlocks and protected zones. Safety ratings include SIL3 (IEC 61508) and PL e (EN ISO 13849) with PFH 2.5×10^-9 per hour and a 20-year mission time, and the main module is configured via a rotary switch in the Flexi Classic hardware architecture.
