SICK AG GES6-P4111 Photoelectric Switch Sensor

The SICK GSE6-P4111 through-beam photoelectric switch from the G6 family detects a target up to 15 meters away with a compact 12 x 31.5 x 21 mm rectangular housing. Built from ABS/PC with a PMMA front screen, it uses an M8 4-pin connector and carries an IP67 rating for rugged industrial environments. It operates on 10–30 V DC, provides a PNP output up to 100 mA, and supports light/dark switching via a selector; typical current draw is around 30 mA, with a response time under 500 µs and up to 1 kHz switching frequency. The device emits visible red light at 650 nm (PinPoint LED) to enable precise sensing in challenging conditions, making it suitable for fast, non-contact detection in automation lines.
