The Showa SG608 Grease Distributor Manifold Block is a key component of Showa’s SG6 grease lubrication system, functioning as the central distribution block that routes grease from a piston distributor network to multiple lubrication outlets in a single-line circuit. It is designed to integrate with other SG6 modules, including SG606B (Block with Indicator) and SG612A (Distribution Block), and can work with attachments such as PSG104 to tailor port usage when fewer outlets are required. For plumbing and installation, the SG608 family is compatible with the SG system’s standard section-pipe fittings, including φ8 fittings (PD801, PA8, PB8) and φ6 fittings (PD6, PA6, PB6). This block supports progressive, timed lubrication sequences driven by a piston distributor and enables distribution to multiple points from a single supply, making it suitable for installations where coordinated, multi-point grease delivery is required.
