Shinko Tech Co JCS-33A-R Temperature Controller

The Shinko Tech Co JCS-33A-R is a compact, panel-mount digital temperature controller from the JCS-33A family that provides two outputs and RS-485 serial communication for process control. It fits a 48 × 48 mm front panel (depth 95 mm) and is powered from 24 V AC/DC; it accepts a wide range of sensor inputs including K/J/R/S/B/E/T/N, PL-Ⅱ and C thermocouples, RTD Pt100 (3-wire), plus DC current (0–20 mA or 4–20 mA) and DC voltage signals with selectable scaling and decimal placement. OUT2 is a non-contact relay for heating/cooling control, while OUT1 supplies a 4–20 mA DC control signal; the unit also includes an Alarm 2 output (A2) and a heater-burnout alarm contact with selectable CT ratings (5 A, 10 A, 20 A, 50 A).
