SEW-EURODRIVE KA67 TAM145 is a compact right-angle bevel gear motor assembly from SEW-EURODRIVE’s K-series KA67 family, pairing a KA67 bevel gear unit with a TAM145 motor for tight spaces and high torque. The gear housing is cast iron (SAE Class 30 / GG20) for rigidity, with a removable inspection cover and a center-tapped output shaft to facilitate mounting components. The gearset uses precision-ground/shaved teeth to minimize noise and heat while maximizing efficiency, and SEW employs an interlocking two-piece seal (FKM inner seal and double-lip NBR outer seal) that provides three sealing surfaces against contaminants. Optional features include C-face or IEC motor adapters, torque arms, TorqLOC taper hollow shafts, corrosion protection, and two-speed or encoder-equipped motors; heavy-duty taper roller bearings are available for KA67–KA127 variants, and the drive can be ordered with inverter-duty 50/60 Hz motors or IE3 premium options. Flange mounting is offered in B14 or B5 with a centering tenon, and many KA67 configurations are supplied as complete motor-gearbox assemblies with a range of ratios; output shafts provide center-tapped holes to simplify mounting of shaft accessories.
