Sensor Instruments SI-COLO2-80-GR Color Sensor

The Sensor Instruments SI-COLO2-80-GR is a reflex color sensor from Sensor Instruments’ SI-COLO family that detects color by measuring reflected light from a target. The part is cataloged as SI-COL02-80-GR and, in several marketplaces, is offered as refurbished, confirming multiple sourcing options for this model. In Sensor Instruments’ materials, the SI-COLO series uses a color detector that does not conform to the standard spectral sensitivity curves of the human eye, a design choice that can yield reliable results in specialized color-detection applications where conventional sensors may fall short. This variant sits among the longer-form members of the SI-COLO line, designed for inline color sensing in automation and quality-control workflows.
