Sensata Technologies HD6025-10 Relay

HD6025-10 is a 25 A solid-state relay (photocoupled relay) from Sensata-Crydom, configured as SPST-NO (1 Form A) for switching AC loads. It arrives in a hockey-puck package with screw-terminal contacts, designed for chassis-mount installations and capable of switching loads from 48 to 660 VAC at up to 25 A.

The input control on the HD6025-10 is 4–32 VDC, providing optical isolation between the control and load sides—the device is described in Sensata’s HD60/HA60 series literature as a 4–32 VDC input photorelay with an AC load rating up to 25 A, 48–660 VAC.
