Sensata Technologies CMRD4835 Relay

The Sensata Technologies CMRD4835 is a DIN-rail mount solid-state relay (SSR) in the CMR Series that switches up to 35 A on the AC side when driven by a 4–32 VDC control signal. It is a SPST-NO device with an output rating of 48–530 VAC and uses back-to-back SCRs to handle heavy industrial loads, featuring a LED input status indicator and the ability to accept either AC or DC control inputs. The SSR supports zero-voltage turn-on for resistive loads, improving EMI and arc suppression in mains circuits. On the input side, a typical drive current of about 14 mA at 5 VDC is required. The module is 45 mm wide for standard DIN-rail mounting and uses screw-terminal connections, making it suitable for integration in control panels and automation cabinets. Common applications include controlling heaters, motors, fans, and other high-current AC loads in industrial automation, process control, and equipment cabinets, where a compact, panel-ready relay with isolated control is advantageous.
