Sensata Technologies 112CP3-35 Pressure Transmitter

Sensata Technologies 112CP3-35 Pressure Transmitter is an integrated pressure and temperature sensor in a rugged package designed for HVAC/R and industrial process control. As part of the 112CP series, it combines pressure sensing with in‑stream temperature measurement in a single device, enabling simultaneous readings for accurate refrigerant monitoring and system supervision. The transmitter covers standard industrial pressure ranges from 0 to 150 psi, with higher-range options up to 650 psi within the family, and provides a 0.5 to 4.5 VDC output when powered by a 4.5 to 5.5 VDC supply, across a 10 kΩ to 50 kΩ load range. It delivers ±0.8% F.S. accuracy (linear, hysteresis, repeatability, and calibration) with a total error band of ±1.7% F.S. from 0°C to +85°C, and temperature accuracy of ±1% (ΔR/R). The unit is built for harsh environments, featuring at least 2× proof pressure and 3× burst pressure ratings, a −40°C to +135°C operating temperature range, and a fast 10 ms response time. An AMP Micro-Quadlok 4‑pin connector provides the electrical interface, and the device weighs up to 1.5 oz. Protective features include up to 16 VDC overvoltage protection and −14 VDC reverse-voltage protection.
