Semikron 117U Thyristor Module

Semikron 117U Thyristor Module is a compact power module from Semikron Danfoss designed for high-current, high-voltage power conversion and phase-control applications. It belongs to Semikron’s Thyristor/Diode Modules family, which covers packages such as SEMITOP and SEMIPACK and supports blocking voltages up to 2200 V and currents up to around 1360 A, using glass-passivated thyristor chips and heat-transfer architectures that enable reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
