The SEEPEX SGRTSE115ACCSA Tse Controller Module is a dry-run protection device for SEEPEX pumps that continuously monitors the stator temperature via an NTC sensor (10 kΩ at 25°C) and shuts the pump down when the preset cutoff is reached, helping prevent motor damage from running without liquid. It provides two potential-free changeover contacts (K1 and K2) with a switching capacity of 500 VA at 110/230 V resistive loads, and draws up to 4 VA of power with a no-load voltage up to 2.5 VDC. The unit is specified for 115 VAC operation (CSA-listed variant) and can be mounted on a standard 35 mm DIN rail or wall-fixed using screws, with an IP40 enclosure and IP20 terminal protection. Its compact housing measures 45 × 75 × 110 mm (W × H × D), and it carries CE conformity to EN 50081-2 and EN 50082-2. The temperature sensor input supports an NTC sensor and is designed so sensor positioning aligns with the pump’s direction of rotation; electrical and sensor connections follow SEEPEX guidance. When the stator temperature reaches the shutdown threshold, the relay contacts open to interrupt the drive, providing a reliable safety interlock against dry-running scenarios in SEEPEX pumping systems.
