The Sealmaster SPL-HP250-V GoldPlex-SPL (V) Single Point Lubricator is a self-contained automatic bearing relubrication device designed for direct or remote installations. It holds 8 fl oz (250 cc) of GoldPlex-HP grease and powers lubrication with inert nitrogen gas generated inside the unit, delivering precise amounts through a base outlet under microprocessor control. The dispensing rate is adjustable from a one- to twelve-month interval, enabling tailored maintenance schedules for varied bearing loads and speeds. Built with a high-strength polymer housing, the unit includes a clear base for quick inspection, a variable control pad for easy setup, and a purge function to clear lines if back-pressure or a clog is encountered. Environmental endurance is addressed with a 40°F to 90°F (4°C to 32°C) operating range and a design geared to damp or corrosive conditions, where bearing access is limited and maintenance costs should be minimized. The SPL-HP250-V is factory-filled with Sealmaster GoldPlex-HP grease and is suitable for single bearing lubrication applications up to about 3 feet (1 meter) of lube line distance, offering reliable, consistent lubrication without manual intervention.
