SealMaster SFTMH-23T Flange Ball Bearing

Sealmaster SFTMH-23T is a cast-iron, two-bolt flange-mounted ball bearing unit designed for fixed, standard-duty service and non-expansion mounting. It uses a 1-7/16 in bore (1.4375 in) with a bolt-center-to-center spacing of 5.1250 in and an overall length of 6.1250 in, pairing a cast-iron housing with a concentric collar locking mechanism for near-perfect concentricity and an extended inner ring bearing that uses a ball riding nylon retainer. The bearing insert is 52100 bearing steel with black oxide coating and is grease-lubricated with lithium complex NLGI 2 grease, specified as relubricatable, with a single lip contact seal to help keep contaminants out. Rated for a maximum speed of 6500 rpm, it delivers a dynamic load capacity of 5782 lbf and a static load capacity of 3493 lbf, plus a static misalignment tolerance of ±2.0°, making it suitable for shafts where precise alignment is important but some angular displacement is permissible. End configurations can be opened or closed to meet OSHA personal-protection requirements, and the unit is built to a standard-duty specification with a 2-bolt flange and concentric locking to maintain secure, accurate mounting in demanding environments.
