Sealmaster SFT-19 Flange Bearing

Sealmaster SFT-19 flange bearing is a two-bolt flange ball bearing unit designed for 1-3/16 in bore shafts, with a cast-iron housing that mounts to machinery via a standard two-bolt pattern. It uses set-screw locking to secure the shaft and is a fixed, non-expansion bearing intended for standard-duty service, with an overall length of 5-13/16 in. The standard configuration includes a felt seal seated against the inner race to help keep contaminants out of the bearing cavity, and certain variants (for example, the XLO family) employ a cut-down felt labyrinth seal for enhanced dust exclusion. Common applications include supporting rotating shafts in belt conveyors, fans and blowers, and other equipment where a bore-specific, flange-mounted bearing is required, offering reliable alignment and load distribution for light- to medium-duty service in industrial settings.
