Sealmaster NP-8 Pillow Block Bearing is a two-bolt, fixed (non-expansion) housing designed to support a 1/2 in bore shaft in light-duty machinery. This standard-duty NP Series unit uses a cast-iron block with a set-screw locking collar to secure the shaft and is configured as a 2-bolt base pillow block with an approximate base-to-bore centerline of 1-3/16 in, an overall length of about 5 in, and an overall height of about 2-7/16 in. The mounting geometry places the shaft height at 1-3/16 in and the bolt-center-to-center spacing between 3-3/8 and 4-1/8 in, making it compatible with common 1/2 in shaft assemblies.
