The Seagate ST600MP0006 Enterprise Performance 15K hard disk drive provides 600 GB of storage in a 2.5-inch form factor spinning at 15,000 RPM with a 12 Gb/s SAS interface. It is built for enterprise servers and storage arrays that require high random IOPS for database, transaction processing, and online transaction workloads. The SAS connection supports dual-port failover and integrates with existing 12 Gb/s or 6 Gb/s backplanes in rack-mounted systems.
