Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories SEL-710-5 Power Supply

The SEL-710-5 Motor Protection Relay from Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories protects synchronous and induction motors while offering arc-flash protection and integrated power-supply options for versatile installation. It accepts a low-voltage source (24–48 Vdc) or a high-voltage source (110–240 Vac at 50/60 Hz or 110–250 Vdc), with an operating range of 85–264 Vac or 85–300 Vdc, a rated supply voltage up to 240 Vac, and an insulation rating of 300 Vac. The device draws less than 50 VA from AC power and less than 25 W from DC power, and features sensor input impedance of 4 MΩ differential (phase-to-phase) and 2 MΩ common-mode (phase-to-chassis). It also supports modern communications including IEC 61850 Edition 2, EtherNet/IP, DNP3 (serial and LAN/WAN), PRP, and Mirrored Bits for easy integration into protection schemes.
