SCHUNK 0340490 Small Component Gripper MPZ-20

SCHUNK MPZ 20 (0340490) is a pneumatic, three-finger centric gripper designed for handling small components with precise, repeatable positioning. It features a 1.5 mm stroke per jaw, closing force of 26 N and opening force of 30 N, and operates on a 2–8 bar supply (nominal 6 bar) with a cylinder volume of 0.3 cm³ per double stroke. The unit weighs 0.02 kg and uses an aluminum alloy, anodized housing with steel base jaws, suitable for ambient temperatures up to 90 °C and workpieces up to about 0.1 kg; closing time is about 0.02 s.
