Schrader Bellows SPF600B Flow Control Valve

SPF600B is a Parker/Schrader Bellows SPF Series flow control valve designed to meter air or oil in one direction while allowing free flow in the reverse direction, with a 3/8-18 NPTF port and a maximum operating pressure of 2000 psi (non-shock). It uses a two-step needle for fine metering during initial turns and nominal metering on the remaining turns, with a set screw to lock in the selected setting. Constructed with a brass body, stainless steel needle and poppet, and nitrile seals (fluorocarbon seals available), the SPF600B is rated to operate from 0 to 140 F. At 100 psi inlet, it delivers about 99.3 SCFM, with a Cv of 2.27 and an effective flow area of 0.070 sq in; port options include 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch NPTF.
