Schneider Electric XVBC9B Stacklight Base

Schneider Electric XVBC9B is an audible unit for the Harmony XVB 70 mm modular stack-light system. This plastic buzzer module (Ø70 mm) mounts in a 70 mm stack light and is powered from 12–48 V AC/DC to emit a continuous or intermittent tone at 70–90 dB measured at 1 m. It uses screw-clamp terminals for up to 1.5 mm² conductors and draws less than 15 mA. Designed for customer assembly in stacks of up to five units, the XVBC9B carries EN/IEC 60947-5-1, UL 508, CCC and EAC/CSA certifications, and supports operation from −25 to 50 °C (−40 to 70 °C storage). It provides a rated insulation voltage of 250 V and an impulse withstand of 4 kV, with a buzzer frequency around 2.8 kHz, and it weighs about 0.17 kg with CAD dimensions of 70 mm (width) × 63 mm (height) × 70 mm (depth). Note that Schneider Electric ended commercialization for XVBC9B on June 30, 2025, and Harmony XVB7 is the recommended replacement; XVB and XVB7 modules are not interoperable, so this unit is intended for use in existing XVB stacks rather than as a cross‑grade to XVB7.
